Yes we do. The debit card will have to be issued from a major bank. We do not accept prepaid debit cards. If you only have a debit card, we will authorize the card for $600 beyond the anticipated total of the rental. We also require a copy of a utility bill and proof of employment & may ask to view a copy of your driving record/auto insurance policy.

If you have full insurance on your personal car you do not need to purchase our physical damage waiver. Your own insurance will cover the rental car. You will be responsible to file a claim with your insurance and pay us your deductible should the rental vehicle be damaged while on rent. For those who do not carry full auto insurance we offer a physical damage waiver, starting at $17.50 per day.

Large passenger vans need to be driven with greater care than a smaller vehicle. They have a greater stopping distance and  can even roll over if not driven properly.

Here are some 15 passenger van tips:

• Never speed
• Maintain a safe distance behind the next car for extra stopping room.
• Never put weight on the roof
• Maintain proper tire pressure
• Always load passengers and cargo as close to the front as possible. Putting weight in the rear will effect vehicle stability.

We are happy to remove seats to provide additional cargo room at no extra charge. Please notify us when making a reservation if you need seats removed.

Yes, we just need your claim # to set up a direct bill. We have billing arrangements set up with all Massachusetts insurance carriers. Usually these rentals can be set up so all charges are assumed by the insurance company.

We cannot drop off a car to you, but we are more than happy to  do local pickup and drop off.

No special license is required.  Experienced drivers are strongly recommended as these vehicles require extra care in operation.

Yes you can drop off a car or van after hours. We have a drop slot in the garage door near the office entry for the key. Please note you will be billed until office is reopened. We will email your receipt the next business morning.

No, we do not have commercial plates on our vehicles. All our vehicles have passenger plates, so you are not  excluded from driving in non-commercial vehicle zones, like the Merritt Parkway in Connecticut.

Yes, all of our rental vehicles are for sale, at very reasonable prices.  We maintain our fleet of rental cars and rental vans better than your average consumer.  Our rental cars and rental vans make for a great used car purchase.

Renting our vehicles allows us to lower the amount we owe on our cars and vans.  This allows us to offset what we owe on the vehicle and sell it at a lower price than our competitors.

Yes, we rent all of our cars and vans with a full tank of gas. Please return full to avoid a refueling fee.

Church groups, outings, day camps, sports teams, construction crews, organizations, family events, vacations, field trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, ski trips,  and day trips.

If you only have a learner’s permit, you are NOT allowed to drive the rental vehicle. If you have a valid license from another state or country and are applying for a Massachusetts driver’s license, you may drive the rental vehicle.
