First off Peter fuller was the best price in Boston.
I moved to Watertown in 2009 for an architect job and I did not own a car. I used public transportation. I rented cars from Peter Fuller a few times for days out shopping and weekend trips to Western Massachusetts. The cars were cheap and clean, nothing fancy, but I just got a cheap compact car each time.
The firm I worked for needed a van to drive other employees to a work site a few hours away. I had rented a car from Peter Fuller before so I knew they had 15 passenger vans. The van was clean and we ended up renting it 5 or 6 times in a few months to go on site, each time a van was available and we got a good deal.
